This role ensures sales technology aligns with strategic objectives, standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes. Serving as the primary advocate for sales, the role represents sales and customer needs during system changes and transformation initiatives, acting as a key liaison between Sales, ITS, and cross‑functional partners. Through leadership of the Digital Sales Enablement team, this role drives system adoption, data‑driven insights, trainings and continuous improvement to support sustainable growth and strong customer Responsibilities</h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Advises sales leadership and business stakeholders on commercial systems, digital capabilities, and process optimization to support sales strategy, scalability, and enterprise growth.</li> <li>Manages end‑to‑end sales requirements for new and existing sales applications, partnering with Sales, cross‑functional teams, and IT to define, document, and prioritize solutions that align with One Southwire system standards while supporting commercial and operational objectives.</li> <li>Leads root cause analysis and resolution for system defects and enhancement requests using deep knowledge of applications, business processes, data flows, and system integrations.</li> <li>Coordinates processes and assignments to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks while maintaining a focus on delivering results within budget and resources.</li> <li>Defines project terms and sets clear objectives and expectations for sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and departmental priorities</li> <li>Implements sales and system‑enabled processes and analytics that enhance sales performance,
