This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is enthusiastic about bringing iconic entertainment brands to life through consumer-facing programs. You'll manage day-to-day partner relationships, drive program execution, and contribute to revenue growth across key categories including Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, and Promotions. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help deliver integrated, franchise-driven campaigns tied to Paramount's portfolio spanning Kids & Family, theatrical releases, and adult-focused brands.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities include, but not limited to<br /> <br /> Account & Partner Management<br /> <br /> • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners across Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, and Promotions<br /> <br /> • Support the growth and development of licensed and category partnerships<br /> <br /> • Ensure timely execution of partnership deliverables and programs<br /> <br /> • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization<br /> <br /> Business & Financial Management<br /> <br /> • Support forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking across accounts<br /> <br /> • Identify incremental revenue opportunities within existing partnerships<br /> <br /> •<br /> Contribute to business reviews and performance reporting<br /> <br /> • Program Execution & Franchise Integration<br /> <br /> • Execute CPG and promotional programs aligned with franchise priorities and release calendars<br /> <br /> • Partner with internal teams (franchise, marketing, retail, and other business units) to ensure alignment<br /> <br /> • Support integrated campaigns tied to key brand moments and theatrical releases<br /> <br /> Category & Portfolio Support<br /> <br /> • Support execution across Health & Beauty and Promotions categories<br /> <br /> • Assist in managing Food & Beverage partnerships, including complex program coordination<br /> <br /> • Contribute to emerging business areas such as Cinema Concessions<br /> <br /> Cross-Functional Collaboration<br /> <br /> • Partner with marketing, legal, finance, and retail teams to deliver seamless execution<br /> <br /> • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders<br /> <br /> • Identify and help address operational challenges<br /> <br /> Team & Culture<br /> <br /> • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment<br /> <br /> • Take ownership of projects and key deliverables<br /> <br /> • Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement<br /> <br /> Partner Excellence<br /> <br /> • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness<br /> <br /> • Build deep internal and external relationships<br /> <br /> • Escalate issues as needed and support effective resolution<br /> <br /> Basic Qualifications<br /> <br /> • 5-7 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Promotions, Licensing, or related fields<br /> <br /> • Experience in account management, partnership management, or business development<br /> <br /> Preferred Qualifications<br /> <br /> • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<br /> <br /> • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and performance tracking<br /> <br /> • Exemplary communication and stakeholder management skills<br /> <br /> • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment<br /> <br /> • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools<br /> <br /> • Experience in entertainment, media, or franchise-driven businesses<br /> <br /> • Knowledge of licensing and brand partnerships<br /> <br /> Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
