<div><strong>Position Summary...</strong><br/><br/><strong>What you'll do...</strong><br/>Manager, Account Strategy <br/><br/>About the Role <br/>Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Manager, Account Strategy to build, execute, and manage advertising solutions using our proven conversion-driven and brand-building products. <br/>Reporting to a Senior Manager, Account Strategy, you will handle end-to-end omnichannel ad campaigns across managed and self-service channels. You will lead campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting, providing strategic insights and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction. <br/>This position blends strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring deep understanding of brand marketing goals, translating them into actionable media strategies, and delivering measurable results. You will serve as a subject matter expert in media planning, audience tactics, and platform activation, managing day-to-day client interactions and contributing to <br/>revenue growth through strategic recommendations. <br/> <br/>Responsibilities: <br/>• Strong executor and consultative partner within a defined scope. <br/> Develop strategic plans and execute managed-service and self-service campaigns, acting as a consultative expert. <br/>• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to develop strategic, data-driven media proposals aligned with client objectives. <br/>• Attend and lead external advertiser and agency calls, demonstrating expertise in media <br/>tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship. <br/>• Deeply understand and apply media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential in-store tactics. <br/>• Communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization <br/>recommendations regularly with internal and external stakeholders. <br/>• Adhere to internal SLAs and QA processes, ensuring seamless campaign launches and high-quality client experiences. <br/>• Confidently presents strategic upsell recommendations to drive incremental revenue. <br/>• Demonstrates strong executive presence when presenting upsell opportunities to clients and agencies. <br/>• Partner cross-functionally to traffic campaigns effectively across various ad technology platforms. <br/>• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues promptly, ensuring optimal campaign performance. <br/> <br/>Qualifications: <br/>• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related area. <br/>• 3+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic. <br/>• Deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) ]and media math for optimization. <br/>• Proven client-facing experience with proactive risk identification and solution development. <br/>• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills. <br/>• Strong project management capabilities and ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities. <br/>• High comfort navigating rapidly evolving environments and ambiguous situations. <br/>• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI. <br/> <br/>Preferred Qualifications: <br/>• Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field. <br/>• Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, <br/>and ad exchanges. <br/>• Proven track record of influencing advertiser investments in media strategies. <br/><br/>At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
