This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, develop high‑value client relationship skills, and earn significant performance‑based commissions in addition to a stable base salary.

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with attorneys across the United States about their backgrounds and career goals
  • Present appropriate job opportunities and help candidates get interviews
  • Manage each candidate’s progress through the interview and hiring process
  • Schedule calls with law firms and follow up consistently to move processes forward
  • Maintain accurate notes and progress updates in our CRM
  • Represent BCG’s high‑service brand with professionalism and polished communication
