You will be accountable for your own success, utilising your expert knowledge of workforce management software to design and implement solutions that maximize benefits for our customers. Your superior communication and presentation skills, coupled with your ability to manage complex environments and client relationships, will ensure your success in this role.</span> </p> <p><strong><span>What You’ll Do</span></strong> </p> <ul> <li><strong><span>Lead</span></strong><span> workforce management implementations across multiple locations and environments.</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong><span>Define</span></strong><span> project scope, develop and maintain detailed plans, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Be a <strong>key point of contact</strong> for clients — managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong><span>Support the build</span></strong><span> and configuration of the system, ensuring adherence to the original design and client requirements. Provide expert knowledge and best practices during the Build phase.</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Provide <strong>guidance and support</strong> during the testing phase, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong><span>Partner</span></strong><span> with cross-functional teams, including consultants, support, and engineering, to align on goals and deliver outcomes.</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong><span>Oversee</span></strong><span> the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, quality delivery, testing, deployment, risk mitigation, and reporting.</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Identify process dependencies, eliminate redundancies, and ensure efficient workflow.
