<p>Plat4mation is growing fast, and our marketing-led pipeline model is at the heart of that growth. We're looking for a <strong>Sales Development Representative (SDR)</strong> to join our Global Marketing team as the critical link between marketing activity and sales conversations, and we're open to both <strong>part-time employees</strong> and contractors (including freelancers and independent professionals).</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a traditional cold-calling SDR role. You'll work within a defined set of target accounts, follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, and conduct personalized outreach into priority accounts using intent signals and engagement data — not phone books. You'll be coached, supported, and given a clear playbook, but expected to bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine drive to learn.</p><p>If you're looking to launch a career at the intersection of modern B2B marketing and sales — with real pipeline accountability from day one — this is the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Inbound Lead Follow-Up</li><li>Own the speed-to-lead process: ensure every marketing-qualified lead (MQL) from campaigns, events, content downloads, and digital channels receives timely, personalized follow-up.</li><li>Qualify inbound leads by understanding the prospect's business challenges, role, and fit with Plat4mation's solutions.</li><li>Route qualified leads to Account Executives with clear context and next steps, ensuring a smooth handoff.</li><li>Targeted Outbound into Named Accounts</li><li>Conduct research-driven outreach into buying groups within Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts, using account insights, intent data, and campaign engagement rather than high-volume cold outreach.</li><li>Personalize messaging based on the prospect's industry, role, and known pain points.</li><li>Multi-thread into accounts by engaging multiple stakeholders across the buying group.</li><li>Meeting & Opportunity Generation</li><li>Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.</li><li>Hit monthly targets for qualified meetings generated, pipeline contribution, and lead conversion.</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of Plat4mation's solutions, value propositions, and competitive positioning to have credible early-stage conversations.</li><li>Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building</li><li>Build relationships with early-stage prospects who aren't yet sales-ready, keeping Plat4mation relevant through thoughtful, well-timed touchpoints.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to enroll prospects in the right nurture tracks and campaigns.</li><li>CRM & Reporting</li><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all lead interactions, qualification status, and pipeline progression in HubSpot.</li><li>Provide regular feedback to Marketing on lead quality, messaging that resonates, and what you hear from the market.</li><li>Track your own performance metrics and contribute to team reporting on MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>0–2 years of experience in a B2B sales, marketing, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing role.
