The role includes cold calling, field visits, and making joint sales calls with or on behalf of distributors. Key end‑user groups include: landscaping contractors, municipal and public services, property and facility maintenance companies, forestry operators, and outdoor maintenance service providers.</p><p>This is a<span> </span><b>mobile field‑based position covering the</b> <b><span>North-East part of Romania, Moldova</span></b>. The role also includes servicing existing customers, increasing repeat business, and building long‑term relationships within the assigned territory.</p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Plan and manage your personal customer portfolio according to the business strategy and agreed goals and objectives.</li><li>Demonstrate the range of<span> </span><b>outdoor power equipment and accessories</b><span> </span>to existing and new specialist end users, converting key contractors to the Milwaukee brand.</li><li>Provide efficient solutions and technical support on Milwaukee’s innovative OPE product range, applications and services.</li><li>Train and educate end users on the performance advantages and safe, proper use of Milwaukee outdoor equipment.</li><li>Ensure that all Company products and services are continually promoted through regular contact with existing customers and prospects, and follow up leads for new business opportunities.</li><li>Set relevant call objectives in CRM and plan follow‑up actions to further develop and penetrate accounts.</li><li>Update CRM daily to maintain a broad but detailed range of customer and activity information.</li><li>Maintain a high level of product, trade and application knowledge, with emphasis on OPE.</li><li>Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events as required.</li><li>Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties as instructed by the Line Manager.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills/Experience Required:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of successful selling experience, with strong emphasis on end‑user/commercial sales.</li><li>Ideally experience in or knowledge of<span> </span><b>outdoor power equipment, garden tools, landscaping equipment, forestry tools, or construction-related tools and services</b>.</li><li>Practically minded with technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">relationship‑building</span> skills internally and externally.</li><li>Strong IT skills, e.g. CRM, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet.</li><li>Willingness to work away from home when necessary and occasional weekends (agreed in advance).</li><li>Clean Driving License.</li><li>English – working knowledge.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We offer:</b></p><ul><li>Essential work tools provided (laptop, mobile phone, company car)</li><li>Employment based on an employment contract (base salary + performance bonus)</li><li>Task-based working time with a high level of autonomy and responsibility</li><li>Work in a collaborative international team</li><li>Product training sessions</li></ul><p></p><p>#Milwaukee-Poland</p><p>#LI-REMOTE</p><p>#LI-PŚ1</p><p>At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
