As an

  • *IT manager**
on the Strategic Planning Architecture (SPA) team within Commercial Lines Technology group (CLTG), you’ll lead a team focused on delivering Data and AI capabilities that align with enterprise strategy. This role emphasizes leadership, vision, and collaboration, ensuring your team drives innovation, enables advanced analytics, and builds scalable, secure data solutions that support business objectives.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.

  • *Must-have Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
  • *Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to align IT initiatives, particularly in Data and AI, with long-term business objectives to drive organizational success.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring diverse strategic teams, including consultant level application developers, data engineers, and DevOps professionals, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Strong track record of guiding teams in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions to improve decision-making processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies in data engineering, analytics, and AI to enhance enterprise capabilities.
  • Expertise in establishing and enforcing standards for data integrity, security, and lifecycle management to ensure high-quality and reliable data practices.
  • *Compensation
  • $148,320 -$181,280/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
