Provide exceptional customer service to members who contact Humana through various channels such as phone, chat, and email. Understand and adhere to Humana's mission and values, and be able to effectively communicate them to members. Display empathy and compassion towards members, and actively listen to their concerns and needs. Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills to address member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of Humana's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate information to members. Accurately document and update member records with relevant information obtained from interactions. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of member issues. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines. Continuously seek ways to improve the member experience and provide feedback to management. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards both members and colleagues. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including but not limited to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Attend and actively participate in trainings and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies. Adapt to changing processes and procedures to meet the evolving needs of members and the company.
