Instead, you’ll be stepping into environments that are already live—often complex, highly customized, and evolving.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Success in this role requires the ability to:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Rapidly understand how a customer’s current system is configured (without having led the original implementation)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apply that understanding to integrate new communities or products quickly and seamlessly</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Operate with urgency while maintaining high quality and strong stakeholder alignment</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As an Implementation Manager, Expansions & Transitions, you will be a strategic partner to our live customers as they grow, evolve, and scale their operations on August.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will own rapid, high-impact implementations tied to acquisitions, operator transitions, and product expansions—ensuring new communities and services are seamlessly integrated into an already live environment.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead condensed, full-cycle implementations</strong> for acquisitions, operator transitions, and product expansions—delivering high-quality outcomes on accelerated timelines compared to standard deployments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Quickly assess and understand existing customer configurations</strong>, workflows, and data structures—identifying how best to extend and scale them to new communities or services</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Serve as the main point of communication</strong> for customers during their transition to a new operator or adding of services, ensuring clear alignment between stakeholders and August teams across every product and every phase of implementation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive implementations that span <strong>multiple August products (Clinical, Billing, Operations, and beyond)</strong>—ensuring a cohesive, end-to-end solution rather than a siloed rollout</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Develop and execute streamlined implementation project plans</strong> that balance speed with rigor in complex, multi-site environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Act as a trusted advisor</strong> to C-suite leaders, department heads, and front-line staff, ensuring alignment across stakeholder groups and driving adoption at all levels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Partner cross-functionally</strong> with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams to shape our implementation strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Identify and mitigate risks early</strong>, especially in situations with limited historical context, and proactively drive resolution. <strong>Lead data migrations, integrations, and configuration updates</strong> to ensure new communities are aligned with existing standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Deliver engaging training sessions</strong> tailored to both corporate and community-based roles, enabling confident use of the platform</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Standardize and scale processes</strong>, playbooks, and documentation to support efficient, repeatable enterprise rollouts</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About You</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4+ years of experience in Implementation, or Program Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven success managing fast-paced or time-sensitive implementations, ideally in environments with evolving scope or incomplete information</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working across or implementing multiple products or modules simultaneously, with a strong systems-level perspective</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to quickly absorb and synthesize existing system configurations, even without prior ownership or full historical context</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong background in healthcare, senior living, or adjacent industries is highly preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working across departments (e.g., operations, finance, clinical, IT) to deploy software solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to translate business needs into technical and workflow requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders—including C-level executives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable with ambiguity and change;
