    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
  • Experience Cloud
  • Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Tableau CRM
    • Formerly Einstein Analytics - this experience is fine.
  • Production Support Experience
    • Candidates must have supported Salesforce applications in a live production environment, not just during initial implementation or migration phases.
Preferred Skills (1 of 2 at minimum):
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Health Cloud
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Experience cloud at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • Expert understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices
  • Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Aura, and Flow.
  • Experience with SFDX, environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Conducting code reviews and unit testing
  • Mentoring and training junior developers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and minimum of 2 years of experience supporting production environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and Vlocity Omnistudio product suit implementation experience (Industry cloud) is desired
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Object-oriented programming
  • Experience with a variety of Salesforce development tools and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
  • Healthcare, especially Health insurance (Payor) business domain knowledge is an immense value add.
  • Experience with Managed package and unlocked package development
