The Role: HVAC Install Helper

As an HVAC Install Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning the trade while supporting the team on job sites. This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll gain real-world experience and build the foundation for a long-term HVAC career.

No experience? No problem.

Experience helps – but attitude, reliability, and coachability matter more.


What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Prior HVAC experience is a plus – but not required
  • Willing to learn and take direction from experienced installers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certification (we can help you work toward this)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights
  • Ability to work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills with team members and customers
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years driving experience)
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check


What You’ll Do

  • Assist with residential HVAC system installations
  • Support Lead Installers by staging tools, materials, and equipment
  • Help fabricate and install ductwork and fittings
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Assist with basic paperwork and job documentation
  • Provide respectful, professional service in customers’ homes
