Scale My Niche is looking for a proven, disciplined high-ticket closer to handle daily inbound strategy calls for our real estate growth systems.

This is not recruiting.

You’ll speak exclusively with pre-qualified Realtors who have already opted in, booked a call, and demonstrated clear buying intent.

You’ll be stepping into a mature, validated offer supported by consistent demand, significant advertising spend, and proven conversion data.

Your only responsibility is to show up prepared, lead the conversation, and close.

Compensation and Earning Potential

  • On-target earnings of $10,000+ per month
  • 12.5% commission on net collected revenue
  • Performance-based compensation review after 90 days
  • Uncapped earning potential

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket offers over Zoom
  • A strong track record in remote sales
  • Organized, punctual and highly disciplined
  • Comfortable following established systems and processes
  • Coachable, competitive and performance-driven
  • Real estate experience or an active real estate licence is an asset
