Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO, in partnership with Aston Carter, is seeking highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Handle and de-escalate customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.

  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in internal systems.

  • Follow company protocols and compliance standards to ensure service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
