<p><strong>Growth Marketing Manager (Canada) </strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time role. You will work alongside our marketing team to strategize and execute on a range of growth marketing campaigns that disruptive brands leverage to grow exponentially and will also gain exposure to the US startup scene. If this sounds interesting to you, we’re growing fast—and we’d love to meet you.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul><li>Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels;</li><li>Analyze performance data to identify insights, diagnose issues, and inform budget allocation and testing priorities;</li><li>Build and maintain clear, structured reporting to support internal decision-making and client communication;</li><li>Implement and validate experimentation frameworks, including test setup, readouts, and next-step recommendations;</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between media execution, creative output, and broader growth objectives;</li><li>Contribute to clear performance narratives that align channel results to broader business objectives;</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of adjacent growth levers—including CRO, email, display, OOH, and other channels—and understand how they interact with paid media performance.</li><li>Leverage cutting-edge AI platforms to help across strategy, execution and reporting. </li></ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or related field;</li><li>At least 2 years of proven growth marketing experience (including but not limited to hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels on behalf of clients such as on Meta Ads Platform, Google Ads Platform, and TikTok Ads Platform, as well as work experience with Google Analytics and Shopify);</li><li>Solid track record of inspiring action based on data-driven insights;</li><li>Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;</li><li>Proven ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences;</li><li>Confidently able to maneuver between working cooperatively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment, as well as independently;</li><li>Experience working with US brands is a plus;</li><li>Experience working with 8-figure brands is a plus.</li></ul> <p><strong>Interview Process</strong></p> <ul><li>Round 1: A video interview with our operations team to learn more about your background and career interests.</li><li>Round 2: A live case study and video interview with a senior member of the marketing team.</li><li>Round 3: A take-home case study and follow up interview with senior members of the marketing team.</li></ul> <p>Superbolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer -- without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.</p> <p></p>
