Is responsible for building long-term relationship with the customers and support our clients in case of technical problems related to the equipment and providing remote support.</p><p>The <b>Field Service Engineer</b> is responsible for servicing (installation, calibration, preventive maintenance) our installed-based and new equipment within Romania e.g. Bulgaria .</p><p></p><p><b>The position is remote/field-based</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, a typical day will look like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, repair of measuring equipment daily on customer site</p></li><li><p>Promoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from sales and administration department</p></li><li><p>Technical support for sales team</p></li><li><p>Training and technical consulting</p></li><li><p>Compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b></p><ul><li><p>University graduate in engineering – i.e. automation/electronics or similar</p></li><li><p>Valid driving license cat.
