</div><div><p>This is a US based, remote position, focused on the US market.</p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Increase our market share in the assigned territory while maximizing the sales value and margins. Influence product/application portfolios to achieve growth within the market. Develop and execute sales strategy to meet or exceed target revenue objectives. A skilled and experienced EV Channel Sales Specialist will have experience in both public facing and fleet sales as well as experience working with distributors.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ideal candidate should be located within the Mountain or Midwest Region, but open to candidates elsewhere willing to travel 50-60% of the year. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Duties and Responsibilities</h2>

<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrate EV charging products and services; explain key selling points and product benefits while remaining focused on customer needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both external EV charging customers and internal team members.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure customer/business partner revenue targets are achieved while incorporating the full range of EV charging products within identified geography.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and maintain relationships with key customers while facilitating ongoing product training and support.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create and implement sales strategies and techniques to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Independently prepare sales presentations, quotes and proposals to drive a successful outcome. </span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with other Lincoln Electric Sales teams to enhance cross selling and market penetration of all products into existing or new industrial accounts.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare and execute reports in a timely and efficient manner, present customer reviews.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop accurate annual forecasts for the EV Charging function and monitor performance to budget, utilizing Salesforce for proper funnel and prospect management.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support the collection and analysis of market data to drive growth, develop markets and influence new product development.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proactively maintain customer relationships drive additional sales and ensure total satisfaction.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Commercial, Engineering or Technical background</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting the Electric Vehicle Industry or related products; 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to travel domestically, approximately 50%-60% of the year.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Expertise in sales gained by working in a manufacturing environment</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Profound understanding of industrial products and network of customers and distributors in our market</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish sustainable relationships with customers and business partners</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think innovatively, positively engage with business partners- and operate with minimal supervision.</span></li>
