About the Ro le The EOR HR Advisors role involves providing accurate, compliant, and practical HR guidance to clients and internal teams across multiple countries within an Employer of Record model. The position ensures adherence to local employment laws and supports smooth employee lifecycle processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance and enabling operational efficiency by collaborating closely with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Support, and Customer Success tea ms.

Responsibili ties

  • Provide HR advisory support across multiple countries covering hiring, onboarding, contracts, probation, performance management, leave, statutory benefits, employee relations, disciplinary matters, terminations, and offboa rding- Interpret and apply local labor laws within an EOR co ntext- Manage advisory cases end-to-end with clear documentation and risk awar eness- Ensure all HR guidance complies with local laws, statutory requirements, and risk frame works- Identify and escalate high-risk issues to Legal or senior HR leade rship- Stay updated on regulatory changes in supported coun tries- Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to align HR guidance with payroll and compl iance- Support Customer Support and Customer Success teams in resolving qu eries- Provide HR input to Sales and Solutions teams for complex or pre-sales cases- Contribute to development and maintenance of HR playbooks, templates, and knowledge bases- Share insights to improve processes and reduce repeated inqu iries- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, translating legal requirements into practical a dvice- Assist customers through sensitive employee situations with confidence and cl arity

Requir ements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Advisor y roles- Practical experience with multi-country employment regu lations- Strong knowledge of employment lifecycle risks and com pliance- Ability to manage multiple advisory cases simulta neously- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal- Detail-oriented and structured, comfortable in high-compliance envir onments

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to EOR, PEO, global HR, or international employment preferred
