<p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic, driven sales hunter to join our growing team. This individual will have relevant hospital RCM experience, successful track record selling enterprise SaaS solutions, and demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and close deals. The ideal candidate will be curious, thrive in ambiguity, and have a deep understanding of the hospital RCM market. This role will report to and work closely with Sift’s Head of Sales to translate early wins and insights into a scalable go-to-market motion.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>1. New Business Development & Deal Ownership</p> <p>· Generate and close net-new business with health systems, with a focus on pipeline development via direct outreach, industry relationships, and personal network</p> <p>· Exceed quota by maintaining a 4x pipeline and winning 30% of qualified deals</p> <p>· Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact through signed contract</p> <p>· Use a consultative sales approach to uncover pain and align Sift’s value prop</p> <p>2. Cross Functional Collaboration</p> <p>· Partner closely with Head of Sales to share real-time market feedback, refine messaging, and improve conversion across the pipeline</p> <p>· Contribute to shaping repeatable sales motion based on early deal experience</p> <p>· Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate deal velocity</p> <p>· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts via Hubspot and in weekly 1:1s</p> <p>3. Market Engagement</p> <p>· Represent Sift at industry events, conferences, and partner forums</p> <p>· Build and nurture relationships with customers and high-value accounts</p> <p>· Feed insights back into product and commercial strategy</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Required</p> <p>· Bachelor’s degree</p> <p>· 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare SaaS</p> <p>· Formal sales training in a recognized methodology (Miller Heiman, Challenger, or equivalent)</p> <p>· Proven ability to sell to hospital RCM personas (CFOs, VPs RCM, Rev Integrity, PFS)</p> <p>· History of exceeding quota in similar sales hunter roles</p> <p>· Experience closing six figure deals</p> <p>· Active network within hospital market, with a track record of converting relationships into new business</p> <p>· Strong grasp of UM, HIM/Coding, Revenue Integrity, PFS, and Denials workflows</p> <p>· Excellent communication, executive presence, and commercial instincts</p> <p>· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities</p> <p>· Ability to travel as needed to support prospect engagement, conferences, and on-site meetings</p> <p>Preferred</p> <p>· Experience at a health tech startup or AI-native company</p> <p>· Familiarity with denial analytics, predictive modeling, or revenue integrity workflows</p> <p>· Exposure to channel/partnership sales motion</p> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <p>Compensation includes a competitive base salary and commission, with significant upside for early deal closure and new logo acquisition.
