<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/><strong>About the Role</strong><br/><br/>As an Enterprise Franchise Account Manager, you will work efficiently with large franchise groups to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This person will work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, marketing and operations teams to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.<br/><br/><strong>What You'll Do</strong><br/><ul><li>Navigate multiple relationships both internal and external to build strong relationships with Uber's enterprise franchise stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Sell marketing solutions, new products and negotiate business terms.</li> <li>Build and cultivate new relationships and potential partnerships within all parts of an organization.</li> <li>Increase your product sense. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $85,500 per year - USD $95,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $36,643 - USD $40,714.<br/><br/>The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.<br/><br/>An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits.</div>
