As an Enterprise Applications Administrator, you will manage and optimize enterprise applications, including Salesforce, and Intercom. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, provide user support, and help ensure the performance and security of enterprise systems.</p> <p>Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer, monitor, and improve cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring best practices, security, performance, and scalability.</li> <li>Support the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce, including user management, enhancements, data integrity, and security.</li> <li>Participate in projects related to new enterprise application selection, expansion, migrations, and decommissioning.</li> <li>Document processes, configurations, and best practices for application management, integrations, and support.</li> <li>Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access reviews.</li> <li>Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.</li> <li>Coordinate Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features.</li> <li>Provide Salesforce user training, onboarding, and ongoing support.</li> <li>Response to support tickets raised by internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in administering and supporting enterprise applications and/or integrations.</li> <li>At least 5 years of general IT experience</li> <li>Salesforce administrator certification.</li> <li>Experience administering Salesforce lightning, including configuration, customization, user management, workflows, and reporting.</li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with enterprise Saas application management.</li> <li>Knowledge of IT practices and experience implementing security measures for enterprise applications.</li> <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholder projects.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.</li> <li>Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce..</li> <li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice To Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Health Cloud or Health Care sector</li> <li>User support experience with various enterprise applications like Dialpad, Intercom, Zoom, Jira etc.</li> <li>Experience working with organisations with more than 500+ users.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Values </strong></p> <p>First: we are <strong>Pioneers</strong></p> <ul> <li>Transforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum.
