<p><strong>DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING</strong></p><p>Luxury Resort • Caribbean • USD $4,500 - $5,000 gross per month + Service Charge</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Director of Housekeeping for a luxury resort in the Caribbean. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, villas, public areas, and laundry, ensuring consistently exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage all Housekeeping operations to the highest luxury standards across rooms, villas, and public areas</li><li>Develop, inspire, and manage a large housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and attention to detail</li><li>Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management across the department</li><li>Manage departmental budgets, linen and amenity inventory, and cost controls</li><li>Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain and elevate standards</li><li>Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and room readiness</li><li>Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across housekeeping processes and service delivery</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Director of Housekeeping or Executive Housekeeper within a luxury hotel or resort</li><li>Caribbean experience is preferred</li><li>Remote island or resort experience is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a diverse team</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to luxury standards</li><li>Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, linen management, and budget control</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic resort environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT'S OFFERED</strong></p><ul><li>USD $4,500 - $5,000 gross per month</li><li>Service charge (average USD $500 - $2,000 per month)</li><li>Housing allowance</li><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>
