You will be responsible for managing budgets, ad targeting, and creative - supporting our clients and internal team with your expertise. We don't blindly take Google's "recommendations" and apply them - because we have the data and experience to know what works, and what doesn't!</p><p dir="ltr">This is a fully remote position, you may reside anywhere in the United States.</p><p dir="ltr"> </p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta on behalf of clients</li><li>Handle budgets, bidding strategies, ad targeting, and creative, keeping everything running efficiently and on-spend</li><li>Dig into analytics to spot trends, surface insights, and continuously improve campaign performance</li><li>Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and refinement</li><li>Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign data</li><li>Research competitor SEM strategies and identify opportunities</li><li>Stay ahead of changes in the digital marketing landscape and help shape how we respond</li><li>Partner closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver results that matter to them</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in SEM/PPC or digital marketing</li><li>Comfortable working with data. Spreadsheets and pivot tables are your friends</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and actions</li><li>Excellent written communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated and organized.
