<p><strong>CAREER OPPORTUNITY: DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>The National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd (NCBA), a leading financial institution in Anguilla, is seeking an energetic and suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Digital Marketing Officer</strong>.</p><p> </p><p>Some of the key accountabilities include but are not limited to:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Assist with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across a range of online channels.</li><li>Support initiatives to grow the Bank’s market presence by promoting products and services to new and existing customers.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research and provide recommendations to support marketing activities.</li><li>Assist in executing the Bank’s communication and branding activities.</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish content for the Bank’s owned digital media platforms.</li><li>Monitor social media and digital channels and respond or escalate queries as appropriate.</li><li>Track and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using web analytics tools.</li><li>Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and marketing projects in collaboration with other units.</li><li>Assist with customer surveys and feedback initiatives for analysis and recommendations.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely marketing reports, presentations, and related materials as required.</li><li>Provide administrative and coordination support for the Bank’s marketing and branding initiatives.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and background: </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills, with an interest in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.</li><li>Experience supporting digital campaigns, social media management, content creation, or related marketing activities will be an asset.</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field from a duly recognized academic institution, and at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar or related role.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>To Apply: </strong></p><p>Please forward your resume and cover letter, outlining how your skills and experience meet the qualifications of the position under confidential cover to the attention of Mrs. Jeanesca Queely, at the above-captioned address, or via email at humanresources@ncbal.com<u> </u> by <strong>July 15</strong><sup><strong>th</strong></sup><strong> 2026. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.</strong></p>
