Job Description:

  • Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Punch Bowl Social and Pinstripes.
  • Manage digital marketing channels based on calendars, ensuring campaigns, promotions, Happenings, Private Events, and seasonal initiatives are scheduled and executed on time.
  • Perform project management and administrative tasks to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain all digital venue signage across both brands, ensuring promotional messaging, event content, menus, seasonal campaigns, and brand creative are accurate, current, and deployed on schedule across all in-venue digital displays.
  • Support agency to schedule and publish content across all social media platforms using approved content and copy.
  • Support agency to monitor social channels for guest engagement, comments, and messages, escalating customer service concerns when appropriate.
  • Assist with influencer content collection.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries including photography and video.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns using approved templates and brand standards.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, campaign setup, automation workflows, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate campaign testing to ensure proper functionality across devices and platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile results for reporting.
  • Update website content including promotions, menus, events, landing pages, and seasonal messaging.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Perform routine website audits to identify outdated content, broken links, and user experience improvements.
  • Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports across social media, email, SMS, website, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting documents.
  • Track campaign KPIs and assist in gathering insights for optimization.
  • Support data collection for executive presentations and quarterly business reviews.
  • Assist with organizing creative assets and maintaining digital file management systems.
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, branding, and consistency.
  • Maintain project timelines using project management software.
  • Maintain customer databases and contact lists.
  • Support CRM initiatives by assisting with segmentation and guest communication.
  • Ensure guest-facing marketing materials remain accurate and consistent across all digital platforms.
  • Assist with online reputation management by monitoring review platforms and escalating trends to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, marketing coordination, or administrative support.
  • Experience scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media platforms with platforms such as Sprout Social, Later, etc.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Experience updating websites using content management systems such as Sanity, WordPress or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, retail, or event marketing experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing team.
