We are seeking an experienced Dell Federal Partner Technical Lead to support our growing Federal business and serve as the primary technical advisor for Dell Technologies solutions. Position Summary As the Dell Federal Partner Technical Lead, you will work closely with FCN sales teams, Dell Federal representatives, and Federal customers to design, position, and deliver enterprise technology solutions. This customer-facing technical leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys solution architecture, executive presentations, technical strategy, and helping customers solve complex infrastructure challenges. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary technical lead supporting FCN's Dell Federal business. - Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and advance strategic Federal opportunities. - Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, technical presentations, and solution reviews. - Design and position Dell Technologies solutions, including: - Dell PowerEdge Servers - Dell PowerStore, PowerScale, PowerFlex, and PowerMax Storage - Data Protection - AI Infrastructure - Cyber Recovery & Cyber Resilience - End User Computing - Professional & Managed Services - Coordinate Proofs of Concept (POCs), demonstrations, and technical validations. - Develop trusted relationships with customer technical teams and executive stakeholders. - Collaborate with Dell Federal sellers, specialists, and engineering resources. - Support proposal development and technical responses for Federal opportunities. - Provide technical enablement and mentoring for FCN sales and engineering teams. - Help develop repeatable technical sales plays and solution messaging. - Track technical engagement, pipeline influence, and business impact. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting. - Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and data center technologies. - Experience supporting complex enterprise sales opportunities. - Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Experience working with cross-functional sales, engineering, and services teams. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to travel as needed.
