This includes planning, executing, and validating data migration projects across a range of file formats and data types. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, R&D, QA, and API specialists to support implementations, resolve issues, and drive product improvements. This position </span><span>will be Remote.</span></p><p></p><p><b>In this role, a typical day will look like:</b> </p><ul><li><span>Data Migration: Execute end-to-end data migrations including source analysis, schema mapping, data transformation, and validation across CSV, Excel, and XML formats.</span></li><li>AI-Assisted Migration: Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate data mapping, transformation, and validation processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>SQL Scripting: Write and execute custom SQL scripts to transform, clean, and prepare customer data for migration and ongoing data management.</li><li>API Support: Respond to basic customer API inquiries and perform first-level troubleshooting; escalate more complex issues to senior API specialists.</li><li>Configuration Workbooks: Provide backup support for setting up and configuring TraceGains workbooks, including field mapping and initial system configuration.</li><li>General Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues related to data discrepancies, configuration errors, and platform behavior.</li><li>Standard Configuration Installation: Assist with standard configuration setup for new customers by following established implementation processes and documentation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:<i> </i></b></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, system configuration, or a related technical role</li><li>SQL Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation</li><li>Data Migration Experience: Hands-on experience performing data migrations, including source-to-target mapping, data transformation, and validation</li><li>Technical Tools & Data Handling: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., large datasets, VLOOKUP) and experience working with structured data formats such as CSV, Excel, and XML</li><li>Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p>TraceGains is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
