The role requires someone who can think at a campaign level, inspire teams across disciplines, and maintain a high creative bar while navigating multiple workstreams simultaneously.<br /> <br /> You will play an instrumental role in the following:<br /> • Champion and evolve the EA SPORTS creative platform across campaigns and initiatives.<br /> • Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts from insight through execution.<br /> • Partner with design, strategy, production and brand teams to create culturally relevant work that moves audiences.<br /> • Present creative work to senior leadership and articulate the thinking behind it.<br /> • Guide creative development across internal teams and external agency partners.<br /> • Help raise the overall creative standard across the EA SPORTS ecosystem.<br /> <br /> This role will lead the creative development of marketing campaigns across the EA SPORTS portfolio: crafting concepts, defining creative direction, shaping storytelling, and ensuring every execution meets the highest creative standard. You'll partner closely with internal teams and external production partners to bring ambitious ideas to life from pitch through delivery.<br /> <br /> EXPERIENCE & SKILLS<br /> • 7+ years of experience developing integrated creative campaigns for brands, entertainment or agencies<br /> • Exceptional concepting, storytelling and writing skills<br /> • A portfolio demonstrating breakthrough creative thinking across multiple channels<br /> • Experience leading integrated campaigns from insight through production<br /> • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting work to senior stakeholders<br /> • Proven ability to collaborate across strategy, design, production and marketing<br /> • Deep appreciation for sports culture and the role creativity plays within it<br /> • Knowledge of EA SPORTS franchises and gaming is a strong plus<br /> <br /> Pay Transparency - North America<br /> <br /> COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS<br /> <br /> The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits.
