The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOFETOPS Counterintelligence Analyst, you will provide direct CI support to HUMINT analyses and operations at an ARSOF CSUs Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC). You will contribute to Sensitive Activities (SA) case management through thorough CI assessments. You will assist in the performance of debriefing activities in support of ARSOF CSUs IAW DoDD 3305.15, DoDD 5148.13, DoDD 3115.09, and DoDD 5240.01. You will integrate CI capabilities into the training, planning, and execution of SA in support of operational units of action. The CI Analyst will provide accurate, relevant, and timely analyses and assessments on threats to ARSOF SA. You will identify counterintelligence gaps and collection requirements to fill gaps and evaluate intelligence collected in response to requirements. Draft Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and provides quality control/quality assurance. Provide data-driven, quantitative, and qualitative intelligence products that enable decision-making while driving operational planning efforts. Conduct research, analysis, and create products/reports from multiple intelligence and operational sources to provide situational awareness and risk informing for ARSOF CSUs and SAMMCs. Support the Identity Management Program execution and increased Operational Security Measures/Signature Reduction programs.
Responsibilities:

Provide CI-focused mentorship to ARSOF client and assigned contractors.
Support the execution of CI risk assessment/validation panels when asked.
Analyze multi-domain intelligence to provide risk assessments that assist in SA pathway development supporting ARSOF and parent Theatre Special Operations Commands.
Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence and planning material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
Develop detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.

Required:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with Polygraph
A bachelor’s degree in subject matter expertise and12 years of operational analyst experience in CI
Advanced understanding of CI and HUMINT operations to assist in the development and implementation of CI and HUMINT collection, HUMINT Lead generation and development strategies, HUMINT management, collection, planning, and exploitation.
Experience in the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI support to HUMINT Operations, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management Process and Pattern of Life Analysis.
Experience in F3EAD targeting methodology
Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
Desired:
Graduate of SOCOM-validated recognized Identity Management Course
Experience supporting a SOF Task Force, HUMINT Collection Team, CI Collection Team, HUMINT Exploitation Team, highly desired and preferred.
Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
Experience conducting intelligence analysis and planning supporting Theater Special Operations Commands.
Experience in a deployed environment conducting or supporting Sensitive Activities supporting SOF.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
