In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative project support for water and wastewater treatments plants.</b></p><p></p><p>This is a remote role that will support the <span>Northeast Region Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant work</span>. Our ideal candidate must be willing to work <span>Eastern</span> time zone.</p><p></p><p><b>Duties /Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the strategic planning and execution of critical sales projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.</p></li><li><p>Manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and follow-up to achieve project milestones and objectives.</p></li><li><p>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.</p></li><li><p>Define project strategies that capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential roadblocks, implementing corrective actions and strategies to maintain project momentum.</p></li><li><p>Analyze project performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, offering insights into project health and areas for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Drive client engagement and relationship management during project lifecycles, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.</p></li><li><p>Develop and refine project management processes, best practices, and tools to enhance project efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Provide thought leadership on sales strategies, contributing insights and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages idea sharing, problem-solving, and continuous learning.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a subject matter expert on project management methodologies, sharing knowledge and expertise with team members and stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Behavioral Skills/Abilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</p></li><li><p>Organization</p></li><li><p>Critical Thinking and Problem Solving</p></li><li><p><span>Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Microsoft office Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook, Teams</p></li><li><p>Trilogy, Bid Tracer</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education/ Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred</p></li><li><p>Waterworks /Water Treatment Plant industry experience preferred</p></li><li><p>2+ yrs relevant sales or project management experience required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements:</b> Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 20-50lbs.</p><p></p><p><b>Travel Requirements:</b> Limited travel for meetings and job site visits: May require some travel up to 15%.
