This role partners with customers and delivery teams to design scalable, compliant, and high‑quality finance solutions as part of ERP and finance transformation initiatives.Responsibilities <ul><li>Architect and guide Dynamics 365 Finance solutions with strong emphasis on core finance backend processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Financial Reporting).</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders, translating business requirements into standard‑aligned F&O designs.</li><li>Provide functional governance across design, build, and go‑live using Microsoft best practices.</li><li>Guide partners on configuration vs. customization decisions and integration patterns.</li><li>Identify risks early and ensure finance solutions are scalable, compliant, and audit‑ready.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) functional architecture.</li><li>Deep understanding of enterprise finance and accounting processes.</li><li>Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation projects.</li><li>Ability to lead functional design discussions with senior finance stakeholders.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O Solution Architect or Functional Consultant certification.</li><li>Experience with global or multi‑entity finance implementations.</li><li>Familiarity with Power Platform and integrations supporting Finance.</li></ul>Pay Transparency The base salary range for this position is $120k-$130k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
