We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Compliance Professional to join our team remotely at Humana. As a Senior Compliance Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all regulations and standards. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and standards. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans. Stay updated on changes in regulations and laws related to the healthcare industry and ensure the organization is in compliance. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures. Investigate any reported compliance violations or concerns and take appropriate action to address them. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations. Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies on compliance issues and progress. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance to leadership on potential risks and solutions. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization. Represent the organization in compliance-related meetings and forums with external stakeholders. Conduct regular self-assessments and evaluations to ensure the organization is meeting all compliance requirements. Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and requests for information.
