<strong>Job Title: Cards - Business Analyst Pricing & Billing - Corp Loan – Knutsford<br><br>About the Job you are considering:<br><br></strong>Owns end‑to‑end business analysis and solution definition for Pricing and Billing within Corporate Loan Origination, with a focus on FX liquidity exposure. Works closely with senior stakeholders to define requirements, shape strategy, and deliver data‑driven pricing solutions aligned to business objectives. Leads feasibility analysis, business case development, operational design, and change management to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Acts as a subject matter expert, driving risk‑aware decision‑making, governance, and long‑term strategic value through complex, multi‑year initiatives.<br><br><strong>Job Role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Identify, analyse, and document complex business problems and client requirements within Pricing and Billing for Corporate Loan Origination</li><li>Develop high-quality business requirements that address business needs, regulatory obligations, and growth opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders across transaction banking, pricing, origination, and technology teams to ensure alignment and solution fit</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert in Pricing Origination, with a focus on FX liquidity exposure and related data products</li><li>Support and contribute to the definition of business strategy, driving requirements and making recommendations for change</li><li>Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and investment justifications for pricing and billing initiatives</li><li>Lead the creation of operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and budget</li><li>Provide change management support, including traceability matrices to ensure requirements are fully implemented and embedded</li><li>Support project governance through progress reporting, risk assessment, and control activities</li><li>Lead and contribute to multi-year strategic initiatives, guiding teams and influencing long-term business outcomes</li><li>Advise functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross-functional impacts, dependencies, and alignment</li><li>Manage and mitigate risks by supporting governance, controls, and compliance agendas</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic business objectives</li><li>Support implementation of strategic data products (e.g., Brilliance DPX) aligned to the Pricing and Billing roadmap.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong expertise in transaction banking, corporate loan origination, and pricing and billing processes</li><li>In-depth knowledge of pricing origination with FX liquidity exposure</li><li>Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and solution definition within financial services</li><li>Strong analytical and interpretative thinking skills, able to assess complex alternatives and drive optimal solutions</li><li>Experience in business case development, feasibility analysis, and investment justification</li><li>Solid understanding of operational process design and change management practices</li><li>Ability to interpret and apply extensive research to support data-driven decision-making</li><li>Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and control frameworks</li><li>Experience in leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams across multi-year initiatives</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior management and functional leadership teams</li><li>Ability to coach, train, and mentor junior analysts and specialists</li><li>Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and ownership in delivering business outcomes</li><li>Ability to align solutions with broader business strategies in a cost-effective manner</li><li>Experience working with enterprise data platforms and pricing-related data products is desirable.<br><br></li></ul><strong>We are a Disability Confident Employer:<br><br></strong>Capgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
