Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, manage purchase orders, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.</p><p>You will work cross-functionally with planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the supply chain.</p><h1><span class="emphasis-2"><b>About the Job:</b></span></h1><ul><li>Create and track purchase orders based on MRP analysis</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials</li><li>Follow up on shortages and provide updates to internal stakeholders</li><li>Expedite materials as required to avoid production disruptions</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement documentation and master data (PPV approvals)</li><li>Support supplier sourcing activities, including RFQs for production materials</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and freight cost KPIs</li><li>Manage past due purchase orders and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Push back on supplier MOQs impacting inventory levels</li><li>Coordinate with 3PL and warehouse teams for material receipt and transfers</li><li>Support resolution of invoice and pricing discrepancies</li><li>Escalate supply constraints and propose alternative solutions</li><li><p>Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí (Remote within Mexico.</p></li><li><h1><span class="emphasis-2"><b>About You:</b></span></h1></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education.</p></li><li><p>Experience in purchasing, planning, and/or inventory control.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ERP systems (JDE preferred)</p></li><li><p>Strong data analysis and Excel skills.</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (required)</p></li><li><p>Proactive communication and strong follow-up skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with different organizational levels.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
