Position Summary<br><br>Contractor<br><br><em>Location-Remote<br><br></em>Work you'll do<br><br><strong>The Services you will provide the Deloitte project team</strong>: You will help dealerships transition from legacy DMS platforms to Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) and ensure teams across sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting are ready to operate successfully on the new platform. This role is designed for professionals who have hands-on experience implementing dealership management systems and supporting dealership go-lives. You will work directly with Deloitte’s automotive transformation teams helping some of the largest dealership groups in the country modernize their operations on Tekion ARC.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support Tekion ARC deployments and dealership go-lives</li><li>Guide dealerships transitioning from legacy DMS platforms</li><li>Work directly with dealership leadership and operational teams during implementation</li><li>Train dealership staff on new workflows across sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting</li><li>Identify and resolve operational issues during go-live and early adoption</li><li>Coordinate with Deloitte, Tekion, and dealership stakeholders throughout deployment <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications: </strong><em>We are looking for professionals who have real dealership or DMS implementation experience, including: <br><br></em><ul><li>Experience working in an automotive dealership (fixed or variable operations) </li><li>Experience implementing or supporting DMS systems </li><li>Experience supporting dealership system migrations or go-live events </li><li>Experience training dealership staff on new systems </li><li>Ability to travel up to 90% nationwide for dealership deployments <br><br></li></ul>Primarily on-site engagement at dealership locations, with occasional opportunities for remote collaboration.<br><br><strong>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $40-$60 per hour.
