About the position

Movora is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager – Joint Replacement to support the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our joint replacement portfolio. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a product management role within the medical device or veterinary orthopedic industry. This position is hybrid and includes up to 30% travel . Position Overview The Associate Global Product Manager will support the product management team in developing product strategies, analyzing market insights, and helping bring new products to market. This role works closely with teams across sales, marketing, R&D, operations, and regulatory to support product launches and optimize product performance. This position is designed to build foundational product management experience and offers a clear development path toward Product Specialist or Product Manager roles .

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of product strategies and portfolio initiatives within the joint replacement product line
  • Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Help prepare product positioning, messaging, and training material
  • Support product launches through coordination with cross functional teams
  • Assist in tracking product performance and preparing reports for business reviews
  • Partner with sales teams to understand field needs and support product related questions
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, presentations, and educational materials
  • Participate in customer meetings, sales events, and industry conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience in product management, marketing, sales, clinical support, engineering, operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with cadaveric specimens in a laboratory or operating room environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Nice-to-haves

  • Veterinary or animal health industry experience
  • Familiarity with joint replacement technologies and clinical applications
  • Experience supporting product launches or commercialization activities
  • Experience working in global teams
