You will collaborate with business data analysts, project managers, and G.E.H.A’s business stakeholders to build solutions that ensure seamless data flow and enable actionable insights. This role supports data development and maintenance efforts of the Data & Analytics activities and initiatives in alignment with the Enterprise Data strategy, policies, and organizational goals. This role will work in a cloud-native environment to design and optimize data solutions that improve performance, scalability, and efficiency of our data and analytics offerings.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><u>SKILLS</u></h2><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Support the cloud data framework that aligns with the Enterprise Data Strategy, policies, and organizational goals.</li><li>Design and Build Data Pipelines: Develop scalable, efficient, and secure ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, processing, storing, and consuming large datasets on Azure or Snowflake.</li><li>Cloud Data Architecture: Design and implement data solutions in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) to support analytics, business intelligence, and data science initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business data analysts, data architects, data scientists, project managers and business units, to understand data requirements and implement data solutions that support business goals.</li><li>Data Security, Governance & Compliance: Follow the company standards and industry best practices to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant governance in the cloud environment.</li><li>Automation and Monitoring: Implement and manage automated monitoring and logging for all data workflows and pipelines to ensure data integrity and operational reliability.</li><li>Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues with data pipelines, data integrity, and platform performance, providing timely resolutions to business-critical data needs.</li><li>Ensure that all deliverables follow the company Change Management process.</li><li>Participate in scrum, backlog grooming, refinement, planning and review sessions.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Required Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Requires 1-2 years of relevant technical or business work experience with preferred experience within healthcare industry or data and analytics.</li><li><span>Experience with <b>Snowflake data platform</b>, including schema design, data sharing, internal & external marketplace, and familiarity with different features.</span></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or comparable experience.</li><li>Firsthand experience with Microsoft Azure tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and other Azure services.</li><li>Hand-on experience in Data Query language, like SQL, and experience with writing queries, stored procedures, and managing datasets.</li><li>Good understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, ideally in Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse.</li><li>Competent SQL skills or equivalent such Python, R, Apache Spark etc.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.</li><li>Passion & eagerness to learn innovative technologies & techniques; At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $106,704 USD.
