Appointment Setter (B2B Cold Calling, Remote, Part Time)

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

Part-time contract role. Pay is 100% commission, per meeting set. Best suited to an experienced setter who wants steady, repeatable outbound work on their own schedule.

Overview

We work with business brokers to help their clients keep more of the proceeds when they sell their company, through specialized tax strategies delivered by a national tax law firm. We contract independent appointment setters to call brokers and schedule introductory meetings.

This is appointment setting only. You set the meeting, our team takes it from there. No closing, no selling, no explaining technical details, no managing the relationship afterward.

Compensation

  • $25 per qualified meeting set (1099, commission-only)
  • A meeting is qualified when the broker attends and meets criteria provided to you up front
  • Paid bi-weekly. No 30-day lag, no waiting on a deal to close.
  • Ongoing, repeatable work for setters who produce consistently

What the Engagement Involves

  • Outbound calls to business brokers asking whether they've sold any businesses this year
  • Setting introductory meetings for qualified prospects
  • Representing us professionally on every call
  • Logging call outcomes in the tracker we provide

How You Work

  • Minimum 10 hours per week, scheduled during business hours at your discretion
  • Work from anywhere with reliable phone and internet
  • Independent contractor (1099), non-exclusive

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, credible phone presence in cold outbound
  • Experience calling professional or executive audiences (B2B, financial services, or professional services). Consumer and retail call center experience is not a fit.
  • You'll speak with business brokers, many of whom have run their practice for decades. You need to sound like a peer.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, comfortable engaging decision-makers directly
  • Reliable, self-directed, consistent
  • U.S.-based

What We Provide

  • A vetted list of business brokers, no sourcing required
  • A tested script, objection handling, and call examples
  • A clear written definition of a qualified meeting
  • Direct access to the principals. We want you booking meetings, not stuck.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Work from home

Application Question(s):

  • This is a 100% commission role, but the payout cycle is short. Have you worked a commission-only role before? What was it and how long did you work it?
  • What audience did you call in your last outbound role?
  • We want to hear from you. Call (208) 243-9656 and leave a 30-second voicemail introducing yourself: your name, your outbound experience, and why the role would be a good fit. It's a recorded line, nobody picks up. Enter the number you'll be calling from below so we can match it to your application.
