You will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure SLA adherence, and support revenue‑generating initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will be doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients</p></li><li><p>Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications</p></li><li><p>Support solution design, demos and change requests of low to medium complexity</p></li><li><p>Coordinate releases, incidents and client activities in line with SLAs</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate client system and environment documentation</p></li><li><p>Support audits, internal initiatives and small to medium projects</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field</p></li><li><p>Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services software</p></li><li><p>Experience in analysis, programming and issue resolution</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of card payments, transaction processing and client systems</p></li><li><p>Good English skills (written and spoken)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to have:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with PRIME Licensing, Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++ or .NET technologies</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments</p></li><li><p>ITIL and/or PMP certification</p></li></ul></div><p></p><h2><b>What we offer you</b></h2><p>At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
