Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join Amazons warehouse team as Shipping and Receiving Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the receipt, organization, and distribution of goods within the warehouse. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that products are shipped to customers on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries, contributing directly to Amazons customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving: Unload and load merchandise, ensuring it is appropriately stored and shipped. Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and update databases. Perform regular cycle counts and assist in inventory audits.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately, ensuring the right items are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety procedures and cleanliness protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members and departments to meet shipping goals and deadlines.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
