The role is responsible for developing and executing partnership strategy, building joint business plans, driving strategic partner marketing initiatives, and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships to accelerate business growth.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Lead the development and execution of the partnership strategy for the OpenAI alliance in alignment with HCLTech's business priorities.</p><p>Build and execute joint business plans, including growth initiatives, targets, governance mechanisms, and success metrics.</p><p>Drive joint go-to-market programs spanning co-sell, co-market, strategic partner marketing, and demand generation activities.</p><p>Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations and internal leadership teams.</p><p>Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and governance forums to ensure alignment and execution.</p><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to operationalize alliance initiatives.</p><p>Identify new strategic opportunities within the Data, AI, and Generative AI ecosystem to expand market reach and business impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)</strong></p><p>• Multiple customers reuse a standard, secure reference architecture</p><p>• Deployment cycles shorten due to fewer architecture/security rework loops</p><p>• Evals and observability become default—not optional</p><p>• Stakeholders trust the platform as enterprise-grade</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.</p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Data and AI partnerships, strategic alliances, or ecosystem business development roles.</p><p>Proven success in building and executing business plans, alliance strategies, and growth programs.</p><p>Strong experience in strategic partner marketing and joint go-to-market execution.</p><p>Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.</p><p>Deep understanding of the Generative AI technology ecosystem and enterprise AI market dynamics.</p><p>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Pay and Benefits </u></strong></p><p>Pay Range Minimum: $ 150000 per Year </p><p>Pay Range Maximum: $ 1750000 Per Year</p><p>HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
