Airport Operations Agent (Bilingual in English & Mandarin) San Franciso, California Job Description Responsibilities: Airport Operations * Provide airport operational support and assist Mandarin-speaking passengers through English-Mandarin translation. * Work rotating shifts according to the roster to support smooth and efficient flight operations. * Supervise and coordinate with above-wing and below-wing Ground Handling Agents (GHA), ensuring on-site performance meets company SOPs and service standards. * Develop and conduct airport operations training and audit programs in compliance with company policies. * Manage flight irregularities and resolve passenger complaints related to airport handling processes. * Coordinate with airport authorities on flight operational matters, reporting non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions. * Perform additional operational duties as assigned by the immediate manager.
