This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our footprint in the enterprise domain, focusing on delivering exceptional account management and customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts. You’ll be working directly with leaders of security teams at major corporations; providing them with insight and guidance on the Securonix solutions including SIEM, UEBA and SOAR. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction with our cybersecurity offerings and to explore opportunities for expanding their engagement with Securonix. You will act as the primary contact for your accounts, providing strategic oversight and fostering long-term partnerships. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li>Lead account management for clients, with a specific focus on cybersecurity and SIEM solutions.</li> <li>Drive customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to client needs, especially in the context of cybersecurity threats and SIEM utilization.</li> <li>Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies.</li> <li>Serve as a cybersecurity advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing their use of Securonix solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure effective account support and growth.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies.</li> </ul> REQUIRED SKILLS: <ul> <li>At least 5 -10 years of experience in cyber security sales and account management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in SIEM.</li> <li>Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and developing and managing key accounts in the security software sector.</li> <li>A strong track record selling to SOC teams at enterprise organizations. </li> <li>Familiarity with SIEM products and enterprise use cases.</li> <li>Outstanding consultative sales and relationship-building skills. </li> <li>Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new challenges in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and engagements.</li> </ul> Securonix is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an innovative, inclusive, diverse and discrimination-free work environment.
