Join us on our mission to advance the largest industry in the world.</p></div><p>Constrafor is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive the growth of our Early Pay Program (EPP) by identifying and creating new opportunities with SMB contractors. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base, guiding contractors through the credit eligibility and application process, and serving as their trusted point of contact. Your responsibilities will include proactively targeting and engaging prospects to drive growth, evaluate and qualify contractors’ credit eligibility, providing expert support to guide prospects on EPP processes, and coordinating applications both internally and with external partners. From initiating conversations to developing sales best practices, you’ll be a critical contributor to our sales team’s success and the continued growth of the EPP.</p> <p><strong>📝 Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, generate interest, and create a sense of urgency for conversion</li> <li>Build and manage a pipeline from initial outreach to close of Early Pay Program prospects</li> <li>Partner with Constrafor leaders and internal teams to help qualify leads and sales opportunities</li> <li>Educate contractor prospects on the benefits of the Early Pay Program by providing online and occasionally in-person demos to decision makers and key stakeholders</li> <li>Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.</li> <li>Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.</li> <li>Guide prospects/clients on required documentation for credit underwriting and approval process.</li> <li>Expedite credit applications and ensuring that turnaround time requirements are met.</li> <li>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals</li> <li>Maintain flawless records and pipeline across Sales Tools</li> </ul> <p><strong>📈 Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of direct sales experience ideally selling to small and medium sized businesses.</li> <li>Optimistic with a strong urge to win.</li> <li>Prove ability and desire to prospect and hunt for new leads, prospects, and business opportunities.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to scale with the organization.</li> <li>Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally.</li> <li>Attention to detail and ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight.</li> <li>Exposure to the construction industry is a plus.</li> <li>Experience selling a financial product is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>💼 What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary of $80,000-$85,000.</li> <li>OTE: $175,000.</li> <li>Uncapped commission structure.</li> <li>Equity participation.</li> <li>Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you and your dependents.</li> <li>4 weeks PTO + Sick Days.</li> <li>A collaborative and innovative work culture that values your input.</li> <li>Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing tech company.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Constrafor is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
